Our Swimming Pool and spa will close for the season at the end of the day on Sunday, November 3rd. We look forward to seeing you again in late March to early April, 2025!! 

Parking in our guest parking is limited to guests of owners only.  Unauthorized cars, disabled or abandoned cars will be towed.

We invite your attendance at board meetings! 

Our meetings are currently being held via Zoom.  Meetings are always the second Wednesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. 
Please email gpoli@manorinc.com to request your login link at least 2 days before any meeting you wish to attend.  Please click on a meeting date to view the agenda.

CHECK SMOKE DETECTORS

Please change your smoke detector batteries twice a year when clocks are changed for daylight savings time. Or consider getting new smoke and carbon detectors with 10-year battery life.
