Soquel Knolls General Information

Soquel Knolls is a condominium community located in the town of Soquel in Santa Cruz County California.  Soquel Knolls is governed by a homeowner’s association and is registered as a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation with the Secretary of State under their articles of incorporation. 

This community consists of 100 units situated on a knoll overlooking the town of Soquel and the nearby City of Capitola.  Starboard Court and Topsail Court comprise the two roadways along with the entrance roadway, Chateau Drive.  The community is bounded by Soquel Drive and Robertson Rd.  Within the boundaries of the community there is ample green space, sidewalks and vistas as well as a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi.  The community adjoins a nearby shopping area with a grocery store, hardware store, restaurants and retail stores.  Community members have gated access to this area for shopping.  This community is within walking distance of Soquel Village with shopping, restaurants and entertainment and is near numerous walking trails as well as Soquel Elementary School and Soquel High School.
