Board of Directors Information

Management Team

Your HOA Board consists of 5 homeowner volunteers who each serve a 3 year term in office. These terms of office are staggered which results in positions being open each year. Please consider serving on the BOD and having a voice in decisions made that benefit all homeowners and our lifestyle here at Soquel Knolls. Our property is managed by Shoreline Property Management, Inc. and our portfolio manager is Gina Poli. This “Team” meets monthly on the second Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. Meetings are held via ZOOM. Request a ZOOM link to attend the meeting by emailing Gina Poli at Gpoli@manorinc.com.  In addition, we have committees composed of homeowner/volunteers that help expand our efforts towards the beauty, health and safety of our community.

Committees

LANDSCAPE AND BUILDINGS COMMITTEE

This committee monitors landscaping needs and creates recommendations to the BOD for corrections and improvements. They also inspect the exterior of buildings frequently to assure maintenance issues are addressed and residents are in compliance with Association rules. The committee members are residents of Soquel Knolls.

SWIMMING POOL COMMITTEE

This committee was created to address the specific concerns of Covid-19 and the ability to open our pool safely. This committee was successful in providing a safe swimming environment while also adhering to County Health Department guidelines for doing so.  This committee is now responsible for opening and closing the pool each day.   The committee members are residents of the community.
